“This is a pipeline recruitment vacancy for a Customer and Trading Manager (Nightshift) role, initially aligned to our Purley Way store. Please note that successful candidates may be deployed to an alternative nearby location within a reasonable commuting distance. Final placement will be confirmed at offer stage, in line with business requirements, travel policy, and a commitment to supporting work-life balance.”


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store whilst getting stuck in yourself to prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and replenish shelves.
  • Often, you get to run a full store operation on your own overnight being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store
