Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Administration & Accounting is looking for a Customer Billing Junior Associate to join its team!
As Customer Billing Junior Associate, you will be the trusted point of reference for student accounts at IE University. You will ensure that every invoice, payment, and reconciliation tells a clear story — keeping client balances (Account 430) accurate and consistent across billing, collections, and due dates.
Beyond the numbers, you will be the human face of our finance operations: helping students understand their financial status, resolving questions with empathy and clarity, and turning complex processes into straightforward conversations.
You will also support revenue management for other departments and entities within the IE Group, playing a key role in keeping our institution running smoothly.
