Description We are looking for a Customer Care Advocate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in a contract opportunity with the potential for a permanent position supporting customer service operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing order-related activity, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate support. The position will focus on day-to-day transactional service, including order entry, status communication, and basic issue resolution, while building strong working relationships across sales, engineering, quality, and shipping.
