Customer Care Centre Representative, Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Siemens Healthineers customers.
- Call handling, receiving customer requests for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, application training, etc.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule field service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met.
- Create and monitor notifications based on customer requests, assigning the customer service executives (CSEs) and customer engineering services (CESs) for required jobs in the mentioned regions.
- Coordinate dispatch activities of the CSEs for onsite visits, preventive maintenance visits, and CES visits.
- Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assignments for CSEs of all services and CES dispatches.
