They are in a period of growth, so to ensure absolute efficiency in all aspects of their service delivery, they are seeking to appoint a very switched-on Technically savvy Customer Service person, to join their very dedicated team.
By joining their busy Albany team, you will be responsible for first point of contact with customers who may want to order a product, have a product query, or have maybe they need some technical phone-based support around a product fault or issue.
The role will be to ensure that customers are dealt with in a friendly manner and all warranties, service, complaints and technical queries are deal with and the customers service needs are met.
