Our Customer Care Liaison provides key admin support to our Customer Care team, with a focus on support worker leave applications, pay queries, timesheets, tracking documentation and follow‑up. You will pride yourself on being organised, accurate, calm under pressure and confident working with high volumes of information. This role collaborates with the wider team, dealing with payroll, rostering and other support office teams.
