Customer Care Officer (Live Chat/WhatsApp)

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
- Simultaneously handle multiple chats
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
- Handling customer’s enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Period:
- 1 year contract
Location:
Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm
- 8.30am – 5.30pm
- 9am – 6pm
- 10am – 7pm
