Responsibilities
- Understands and carries out the payment of customers in line with Vision and mission, philosophy, Goals and objective that suit the scope of the Radiotherapy services and the hospital.
- Understands the service organization structure.
- Attends meetings held by the services in order to discuss issues and matters pertaining to the operation of the service.
- Fully responsible to key in payment data correctly and to generate patient documentation and kept in the most possible manner.
- Responsible to record, bill settlement, ensure all payment are documented well in the patient’s folders and update the services daily income statistic.
- Check patient’s charges are charged accordingly and for completeness at end of treatment course.
- To register new client in patient folder and in new patient registration book, register in computer and ensure the information is confidential, accurate as well.
