- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding billing, sales, and service concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process account updates, adjustments, and requests while maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and sales goals.
- Document customer interactions in the system following company standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of CSR experience in billing and/or sales account in a BPO setting.
