As a Customer Care Representative – Intercompany, you will deliver high-quality service to internal customers (intercompany partners), supporting order management, proactive communication, and issue resolution across international operations. Your primary goal will be to process orders and inquiries promptly and accurately, resolve issues in line with company policies, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact, fostering positive relationships and collaborating with various departments to ensure consistency and efficiency.
