Customer Care Representative

Customer Representative will be responsible in selling products to customers in person or through phone calls or social media platforms. He/she will be reaching out to potential or existing customers to generate interest, answer questions, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Use prepared sales scripts and tailor conversations to individual customers.
• Handle objections and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Follow up with leads and maintain continuous contact to build relationships.
• Achieve or exceed set sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams.
• Update customer information in CRM systems.
• Provide product information and support as needed.
