Qualifications
- Leadership Experience (Supervisory Level)
- Customer/Client Service Experience is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
Responsibilities
- Provide constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are properly attended to on time and in the best way possible
- Create modes of operations that will make customer service easier for team members and customers
- Provide feedback on performance of team members to management for staff evaluation and reward purposes
- Monitor performance of team members to identify their strengths and weaknesses and make arrangements to strengthen their loose ends
- Provide assistance to team members experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by giving personal coaching
