We are looking for a vibrant Customer Care Specialist to join our team at The Y Auckland City. Offering a minimum of 24 hours per week - this is a great role, combining the best of fitness, and sales!


The current available shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 1:00pm to 9:00pm


What will you be doing?

  • Handle all reception services and customer queries whilst creating a welcoming and friendly environment
  • Confidently drive retail sales for the centre, utilising customer information to support up-sell options
  • Deliver excellence in customer service at all times to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities with all programmes offered at the Centre
  • Ensure all administration tasks and data entry are performed in a timely and accurate manner
