Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the team, which manually reviews all contraventions
- across all ticket types.
- Review staff performance and ensure correct decisions are made
- Monitor the number of issue/complaints reviewed based on the sites managed a
- Manage underperforming staff in line with HR policies. The Team Manager is expected to act as
- the subject matter expert and review contraventions when required to maintain volume targets.
- Raise issues related to equipment through Service Desk
- Conduct regular staff reviews and provide monthly performance reports
- Provide clear vision, direction, and support to all staff.
- Actively develop the team through coaching, training, and performance optimization.
- Work with the Enforcement Manager to identify efficiencies within processes and systems.
