Customer Deployment & Success Specialist (Hybrid + Makati) – Hybrid setup in Makati.
Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Work Setup: Hybrid. Experience: 1-3 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree. Employment Type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage all the clients that are onboarding and deployment.
- Be on hand to the onboarding process of clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment.
- Handle client contacts during the deployment phase and address inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve concerns and provide the best solutions.
- Document challenges and escalate issues that require support to the technical support and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Holder
- At least 1 to 3 years of work experience in Sales
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amenable to attend interview
