Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CDD professional to support the development and execution of Customer Due Diligence processes within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with the CDD Head and cross‑functional teams to ensure robust KYC, monitoring, and compliance practices, while maintaining high standards of risk management, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Support the setup, documentation, and continuous improvement of CDD processes, including post‑verification, enhanced due diligence, periodic reviews, and suspicious account handling
- Monitor and elevate gaps identified during verification processes and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee KYC document deficiencies, customer call‑outs, complaints handling, and coordination of CTR/STR reporting with Compliance
- Ensure proper implementation of maker‑checker controls, segregation of duties, and adherence to delegated authority
