Our Customer Experience team is looking for a solution focused Customer Experience Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional service. This front-facing position plays a key role in creating the overall customer experience and building rapport with our customers. As the first point of contact, you’ll manage customer interactions across multiple channels in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication in line with Council policies, while also supporting the wider Customer Experience team as required.
