Field Service Engineer / Customer Engineer - Role Summary Key Responsibilities Support Senior Field Service Engineers (Customer Engineers) with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades at customer sites. Utilize digital analytics and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment issues. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:Electrical systemsVacuum systemsMechanical systemsPlasma systemsHydraulic systemsGas delivery systems Communicate and coordinate directly with customers regarding service activities and equipment status. Carry out additional assigned operational and technical duties. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree, military technical training, trade certification, or equivalent field service experience. 1-2 years of experience in field service, customer support, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
