Job Responsibilities:- Assist in driving Customer Experience (CX) initiatives across APAC, with emphasis on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and digital ordering solutions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of CX data through data gathering, verification, and cleansing activities
- Evaluate customer feedback and survey outcomes to identify trends, service gaps, and enhancement opportunities
- Generate reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for regional and local stakeholders
