Mission
We are looking to hire dynamic, vigilant and service-minded individuals for the Customer Satisfaction team at Bannerghatta store. Below are the key responsibilities:
Guardian of customer-centricity in the store
Act with a “CUSTOMER FIRST” mindset by finding solutions for all the customers walking in.
Be at the service of customer queries at the welcome desk with mediums of Face-to-face, calls, emails, social media, and proactively finding solutions, after-sales, and other touchpoints.
Gain deeper knowledge of CX after understanding CRM systems, practices and relevant tools.
Make regular decisions with the team (CRM Team + Store Team) to improve the local customer experience suited to our catchment so that Decathlon remains the most-loved sports brand.
