- Lead and optimize the overall customer experience on the sales floor
- Foster a customer-centric culture and drive sales performance as part of the Sales Leadership Team
- Spend 80% of working time on the sales floor, leading by example through strong Customer Sales Lead (CSL) behaviors
- Drive key brand categories and ensure excellent execution of selling strategies
- Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and daily operational excellence including payroll management
- Monitor and drive store KPIs including conversion, customer satisfaction, retention, and credit acquisition
- Lead the full talent management lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, development, and succession planning
- Build a high-performing and highly engaged store team
