Hybrid Remote - Notting Hill, London (minimum 3 days in office)
£40,000 base
The Role
Reporting directly to the CCO, our client is looking for a commercially minded Customer Experience Manager to lead and optimise the full customer journey — from first enquiry through to post-sale experience.
This role sits at the centre of the customer and revenue operation, overseeing AI-driven service and sales workflows alongside a Customer Experience Executive.
