Work location: Toa Payoh
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: up to $4500 per month

Job Scope- Manage and process appeals and non-appeals from stakeholders (e.g. feedback, complaints, queries)
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth case resolution
- Investigate service issues and ensure effective resolution
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on service quality metrics
- Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support or lead service quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Degree in any discipline
- Keen interest in environmental public health sector
- Proficient in data analytics and data visualisation (e.g. Qliksense)
