Customer Experience & Relations Coordinator

Seatrium is looking for a Customer Relations Officer in Singapore to oversee the Superintendents' offices and Customer Relations centre. The successful candidate will manage assistants, prepare reports, and monitor inventory.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have at least 2 years of experience in customer relations. Strong interpersonal skills and event management abilities are required. Seatrium offers transport and a structured working schedule.
