AEON Credit Service (M) Bhd is seeking a talented Customer Insight Analyst to join our team in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in driving customer-centric strategies and optimising our product and service offerings.
What you’ll be doing
- Utilize data analytics to improve efficiency and identify new opportunities.
- Use customer data to establish offer, segment and variable test and then track associated performance.
- He or she will effectively manage and oversee the implementation & execution of data driven marketing campaigns through targeted marketing to maximize customer lifetime value.
