Job Description
We're partnering with a leading organisation on a major customer, metering and billing transformation. You'll lead the re-imagining of Meter-to-Cash spanning customer operations, metering, billing, collections and revenue assurance to materially improve customer and employee experience, regulatory outcomes and cost-to-serve, owning transformation agendas from problem definition through to realised benefits.
You'll facilitate executive workshops, develop board-ready roadmaps and investment cases, and drive Lean, automation and AI-enabled process redesign outcomes-led rather than system-led, with platforms such as SAP as key enablers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–15+ years' experience in strategy, management consulting or consulting-led transformation roles within complex organisations.
