Job Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and assist in SaaSproduct account setup.
- Coordinate with the sales team to onboard prospects to customers.
- Conduct online product demos and product training.
- Help the sales team handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from customers on their onboarding experience and suggestions for product improvements.
