Our client is a fast-growing restaurant technology company building an all-in-one operating system for restaurants. The platform centers around a POS system that connects online ordering, in-store operations, kitchen workflows, logistics, loyalty, integrations, and AI into one seamless setup.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-first operations professional who will onboard restaurant clients onto the POS system , manage launches end-to-end, and ensure each merchant goes live smoothly and confidently.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new restaurant clients onto the POS system, ensuring setups are completed accurately and on time
- Assist in coordinating onboarding timelines and merchant go-lives, following clear processes and checklists
