Customer Operations ManagerB Saas / Outbound Campaigns) (Ezeiza)

We are looking for an experienced operator to help manage customer accounts for a B2B SaaS platform focused on outbound lead generation and AI sales automation.

Responsibilities

• Managing client campaigns
• Monitoring inboxes and campaign performance
• Managing email infrastructure
• Troubleshooting issues
• Communicating with clients
• Improving operational processes

Qualifications

Experience with cold email, outbound campaigns, or lead generation platforms is a strong plus.

Ideally someone who has worked with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outreach platforms. Spanish and English preferred.

As the company grows, this role has the potential to evolve into a broader operations leadership position, helping build the customer operations function, design processes, hire and manage a team, and play a key role in scaling the company.
