Job Description
1. 支持客户项目获取,组织评估客户需求的技术,资源和成本的可行性,明确项目的范围、交付标 准和验收条件;

2. 负责制定详细的项目计划,包括项目进度、成本、质量、人力资源及风险管理计划等;

3. 负责组织内外部项目会议和评审,跟踪开发进度和开口项完成进度,确保项目按时、保质、按预 算交付;

4. 负责项目风险管理,组织制定有效解决方案;
