At Porsche, Customer & Prospect Management (CPM) supports the development and execution of customer-focused strategies, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Within this setup, the Customer & Prospect Management team helps steer key activities from prospect generation and conversion to retention and loyalty. The team contributes to customer strategy, data-driven performance steering, reporting, and regional initiatives, while working closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Porsche Financial Services to support a seamless and impactful customer journey. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic and operational CPM topics in a dynamic regional environment.
