Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process field claims in a timely manner for resolution
- Drive customer issue resolution through claims management process, i.e. root cause analysis, containment, corrective action, quality controls improvements to prevent recurrence and increase detection efficacy
- Work with regional Technical Product Managers to resolve field claims, i.e. failure analysis and site visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the product FA or characterization
- Provide timely engineering insights including failure analysis, technical reports and presentation
- Handle customer visits and factory audits and product inspection
- Develop & contribute to building knowledge base of degradation from product to material level
- Design tests to detect infant mortality and mid-life product failures
