Job Description
As Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP members and corporate clients – answering inquiries, resolving issues timely, and nurturing relationships to promote loyalty to The Chamber. This role provides account support through in-store events and promotions to drive loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate relationships with VIP, Silver+ members and corporate accounts across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Support execution of member-exclusive events including tastings, new product launches etc.
- Coordinate with marketing team on targeted loyalty campaigns and promotions.
- Track member preferences and activity to identify retention opportunities.
- Capture member feedback and suggestions to improve engagement.
- Keep updated on new products, services and offerings to inform members.
