Job Description
The Customer Relations Analyst will support the Sales team ongoing client servicing and business support functions. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations, high-quality client experience, and effective delivery of marketing and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Trade Systems, and Risk teams to support seamless ongoing servicing and client integration.
+ Liaise with Sales desks to support client account management and enhance client engagement and experience
