Customer Relationship Manager – ShopSmart (Retail SaaS)

What you’ll do
- Engage with customers regularly, present progress, and suggest new ideas to boost sales & retention.
- Manage accounts, follow up on payments, and provide online support when needed.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of CRM experience (SaaS/retail preferred) - Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Strong understanding of SaaS concepts & platforms.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Shopify, and design/front‑end tools.
