Job Description

Region APC > Service APAC > Customer Management, Korea


CRM, Service Asia Onshore

Responsibilities

  • Resolving customer issues and contractual queries

  • Ensuring timely billing of annual fee and bonus/incentive billing

  • Review of Machine Availability

  • Negotiate liquidated damages (LD) reduction

  • Timely Cash collection of overdue

  • Co-ordinate Customer satisfaction surveys and ensure higher Net Promoter Score

  • Support Transactional sales and tapping business opportunities

    • Qualifications

  • Any Graduate from the institute of repute; Engineering graduate with management degree

    • Competencies

  • Good communication

  • Working knowledge of SAP and SalesForce

  • Good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
