Job Description To manage site office and HDB Building Service Centre, attend to resident's feedback and complaints. Interact with residents to maintain good relationship. Assist on phone calls and emails to answer resident's enquiries. Make appointment for resident to attend inspection with BSC (Building Service Centre) team. Liaison with consultants and HDB officers. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents. Maintain & upkeep of Information Centre & BSC. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences. Provide admin support to the project team. Job Requirments Diploma in related field. At least 2 years' experience as CRO or project Site Admin Good command of English in order to liaise with relevant government agencies. Proven Office 365 experience - Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. Willing to work 5.5 days at HDB construction site.
