The Role:
The purpose of the role is to respond efficiently and effectively to enquiries from customers and colleagues, correctly identifying their query and providing an appropriate timely response in-line with the terms, conditions and policies in a positive manner.
Qualifications:
- PC Literate to a good standard, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Effective verbal and excellent written communication skill
- Effective listening skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Asking questions to define the root cause of the query
- Flexible and responsive to change
- Experience of Contact Center environment
