Key Responsibilities
- Responding Attend to walk-in customers
- Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals accurately
- Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met, achieving total customer satisfaction
- Prospect banking products and services to customers
- Perform all banking activities in accordance with the bank's regulatory requirements
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential
- Normal Banking Hours: 8.10am to 5pm
- Evening Banking Hours: 9.40am to 6.30pm (evening banking allowance of $90 per month)
- 5 and a half day work week (off day in lieu)
- Please note that these are official hours but selected candidates may be required to stay on a little while to finish up paperwork, after the last customer leaves when the branch closes
