Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, customer inquiries, and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues or elevate them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Assist and serve walk‑in customers courteously.
- Sales and Order Processing: Create and process sales orders accurately in the system.
- Submit e‑invoices through customer portals and email as required.
- Prepare necessary documentation such as invoices, commercial invoices, and packing lists for overseas clients.
- Ensure timely posting of customer documents (e.g., delivery order copies) as required.
- Organize and file delivery orders (DO), invoices (INV), and purchase orders (PO).
- Manage the procurement of office stationery and warehouse consumables on an annual or semi‑annual basis, or for special ad‑hoc purchases directed by management.
