Harmonic is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support a high‑end interiors brand in London. You will work closely with Sales, Operations and Marketing teams, acting as the main point of contact for client queries and quotations.
Responsibilities
- Generating orders and quotations
- Managing the end-to-end order process, including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery.
- Meeting clients to discuss their brief and requirements.
- Working closely with the sales and production teams to ensure a positive customer journey.
- Greeting clients and running showroom tours.
- Responding to client queries.
