Handling incoming calls and emails and providing a great customer experienceProviding motor and home insurance quotations and converting quotes into new businessProcessing policy changes, updates and general insurance transactionsSupporting renewals and helping retain existing customersSpotting opportunities to cross-sell additional products and introduce customers to a Financial Adviser when relevantKeeping customer records up to date on the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)Supporting proactive outbound activity to generate new opportunities What we're looking for
