Overview
Customer Service Advisor – Leigh, United Kingdom. Time type: Part-time. Hours of work: 26 hours per week, 10:00–17:00. Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Location: Leigh, WN7.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email.
- Track orders and provide updates to customers.
- Resolve issues quickly, including delivery and order queries.
- Liaise with internal teams and external carriers.
- Amend orders while minimising disruption.
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally.
- Support service levels and team targets.
