Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 (1hr lunch break), 1 in 6 Saturdays 9 am 12 pm
Salary £25, per annum
Probation 3 6 month
There is a new opportunity to join our successful client in Bournemouth as a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. Starting salary is £25, p/a, this will increase to £26, p/a after successfully passing probation.
Duties:
Responsible for answering all incoming calls and dealing with queries raised.
Responsible for listening to client queries and understanding the clients needs and provide support and advice to the queries that the clients raise.
Contact suppliers to provide effective correspondence on behalf of the client.
Sort through emails
Responsible for the maintenance of client records
Responsible for looking for emergency suppliers where necessary and check their documentation to ensure compliance....
