Lake View Bereavement Centre is located near the cathedral city of Ely and opens in the early autumn. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Advisor.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will play a pivotal role in the service offered at the Lake View Bereavement Centre, providing professional, compassionate, and efficient front‑line support to bereaved families, funeral directors, celebrants, and visitors.
