This role requires a passion for customer interaction and problem-solving in a dynamic setting. As an English Customer Service Advisor, you’ll handle inquiries through calls and chats, tailoring responses to each individual's needs. You will receive in-depth training to become a product expert and ensure a positive customer journey with each interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via inbound calls and chat
• Identify customer needs through active listening
• Troubleshoot problems and offer product recommendations
• Document interactions and outcomes accurately
• Create exceptional experiences by owning interactions
