Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
What We´re Looking For:
Is proficient or bilingual in
Norwegian and has an
advanced level of English .
