About the Role
We are hiring Part‑Time Customer Service Advisors for our Customer Service Contact Centre in Northwich. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the voice of RMG, building rapport with customers and answering a variety of queries relating to their properties and accounts. You will respond to inbound customer contacts via phone, email, WhatsApp or online chat, provide advice, guidance and solutions, and accurately record all transactions in Salesforce. You will also support other areas of the business with various projects.
