Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency. Build long-term relationships by delivering personalized customer service. Provide technical support after sales and resolve issues related to products or services (technical support, follow-ups, troubleshooting). Enter orders into the internal system with speed and accuracy. Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations. Create and update product documentation (technical sheets, user guides). Manage promotional materials and coordinate their distribution to clients and for events.
