Job Description
- Administrative processing
- Act as the point of contact for Global Business Services (GBS) Team and auditors for CertIQ issues
- Coordinate audits and deadline control / scheduling in CertIQ
- Correct recording in CertIQ database / CRM
- Attend to ad‑hoc and various client issues
- Liaise with clients before and after audits
- Record, review, and process invoices from auditors
- Support GBS Team with invoicing issues
